HCA provides its clients with fixed asset Contract Monitoring (‘CMS’) services to minimize these risks. The CMS is a System designed to enable HCA to, on behalf of our clients, identify the key provisions of their supply contracts; store and manage all relevant procurement data; monitor all key events and communicate to the client all imminent milestone events. Where fixed asset risks, or actual risk events are identified through the system, HCA can provide its clients with the necessary investigative responses, all pertinent documentation and data, and, as required, sophisticated commercial support for the resolution of any attendant vendor/purchaser disputes.
