History

HCA is a division of KLJ Consulting Group which has, for ten years, specialised in project procurement and contract management. Over this time, it has developed a reputation for excellence within its field and gained experience in a wide range of projects and operations, working for the major mining and construction organisations both in Australia and globally. KLJ's project experience led to engagements with multiple contractors and Multinational Organizations, for the provision of shorter term procurement and tendering support, in addition to contract related commercial relationship management.

This background, and significant organic expansion by KLJ into this market, led naturally to the establishment of Hardy Cameron & Associates, as a separate consultancy, to focus on the provision of tendering, procurement and commercial relationship management services.

Together, HCA and KLJ Consulting Group have procured, managed, and won, several billion dollars worth of project and operations goods and services. This experience, along with the experience it continues to accrue, enables HCA to assist its clients in achieving tendering success.

HCA Engagements

HCA and KLJ Consulting Group personnel have been engaged in a wide range of tendering, project procurement, operations procurement, project management, and contract management endeavours. Recent engagements include tendering and procurement of national diesel maintenance packages, underground diesel dry hire and maintenance, mining automotive fleet maintenance, structural works, civil contracts and government fleet procurement. Recent long term engagements include procurement and contractual support for the NCIG Coal Export Terminal (NSW), and Rio Tinto’s Clermont Mine (QLD).
